Hiring the Building

Our building is located on South Hill Road in Bracknell and has excellent facilities. We let the rooms out to many different organisations including charities, NHS Trusts, local council, businesses, after school Maths and English clubs, music groups and so on.

BuildingWe have a number of different rooms of different sizes and we can accommodate groups from 2 or 3 people to 200 people. Whether you are looking for somewhere to host a small meeting, somewhere to run your training courses or somewhere to host a full blown conference we can help you.

We have the equipment you would expect for your event including flip charts, OHPs, projectors, TVs, video players, DVD players and screens. We provide all of this equipment for free with your booking, with the exception of the projectors for which we make a small hiring charge. We can set the room out to meet your requirements whether it be in audience style, boardroom style or round table. We can provide tea, coffee and refreshments and we can recommend a catering company who use our facilities to provide lunches if needed.

For information on room sizes, costs, catering, and booking conditions please see below.

To book a room please contact Eileen Charlton (our lettings administrator) via the church office on 01344 487744 or by email officestaff@ebc-bracknell.org you will then be sent a booking form to fill in your exact requirements.
