This is the opening series within a 4 part super series (running from January through to Easter) on keys to spiritual growth, which uses the analogy of physical fitness to help us understand some fundamental principles. This first series deals with the question of “Why?” Why should we (personally) bother about spiritual growth? Why is it (or should it be) important to us? We explore the answers and build upon this theme – if we don’t really know why we’re seeking growth, we can hardly expect to grow.
