Walk & Talk Cluster for Women

Walking is great for your health and has so many benefits including helping to build stamina, burn excess calories and make your heart healthier. It is also a fabulous way to get to know each other as you walk and talk.
 
We meet most Tuesday evenings at 7pm by the front entrance of South Hill Park. Each walk is about an hour at a pace brisk enough to be beneficial and yet still able to talk and enjoy each others company. 
 
Walk and Talk will be taking a break now until the Spring and lighter evenings are back.
