Games Cluster
Research by McGill University shows that being engaged in a game reduces levels of the stress hormone cortisol by 17%. This is backed up by research from Harvard University which also says that playing games every day is essential for longevity - Scrabble anyone!!
So why not come and join me for an entertaining and fun filled evening playing a variety of games including board games and card games.
My vision is for people to meet up each month and enjoy each others company, a drink and a nibble while playing favourite games.
Games evenings will be held at my home in Birch Hill - I'll even come and pick you up and take you home if transport is required.
