Social Activities and Events
As part of the life of our community we love to run a variety of social events and activities. These provide a great opportunity to meet people, get to know them and have a great time! They are also an opportunity for people who are not yet part of our church community to come and see what we are about and for those who are a part of the church to invite friends.
Social Clusters
As well as the large social events we also run smaller social clusters. These are groups of people who gather around a common interest or activity and go out together every 4-6 weeks. We have a variety of social clusters including a Sports Cluster, Walking Cluster, Curry Cluster, Pub Cluster, Cinema Cluster and Craft Cluster. Large Social Events
We run large social events 4 or 5 times a year. We often host these at our church building on South Hill Road (click here for directions). These events have included meals, quiz nights, gigs and fun days.
In 2011 we are planning the following large social events:
- Saturday 5th February - Festive Meal
- Saturday 2nd April - Skittles Evening
- Friday 29th April to Monday 1st May - Church Weekend Away
- Sunday 19th June - Father's Day Celebration
- Saturday 2nd July - Fox Hill Fun Day
- Saturday 16th July - Beach Trip to Branksome Dene near Bournemouth
- Saturday 17th September - Crown Wood Fun Day
- Saturday 5th November - Comedy Night

Children's Social Events
