Tombo, Sierra Leone...
In June we sent a team of people from our church to Sierra Leone. We completed a number of visits and projects working with young people with disabilities. We also deepened our relationships with Regent Road Baptist Church (RRBC). RRBC is a fantastic church that has its main base in the capital city - Freetown. They have also planted five new churches in the provinces surrounding Freetown including one at Tombo a fishing town about an hours drive from the capital. Three of our team visited Tombo and stood on the site of the proposed new church and school and prayed with the local people that God would make the dream of a new building a reality.

The new building is going to cost around £10,000. A tithe of our gift day income will go a long way to seeing the dream of this new church and school become a reality. (See main article in Building Foundations for more detail.)
